These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 1toone.fit website and the 1:One iOS application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. Services
1.1. Overview: The Platform provides a marketplace where clients can purchase packages for personal training sessions and connect with trainers.
1.2. Responsibility: The Platform is responsible for organizing training sessions, facilitating communication, and ensuring the availability of tools required for sessions.
1.3. Session Cancellation:
- If a client cancels a session less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
- In the event of a session not being conducted due to the Platform or trainer’s fault, the Platform will compensate the client by restoring the session to their balance.
1.4. Session Review: The Platform reserves the right to selectively review training sessions to improve quality and resolve disputes.
2. Payments
2.1. Pricing: All payments for training packages are processed as one-time transactions.
2.2. Payment Processor: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. All transactions are conducted in US dollars. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
2.3. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated in Section 1.3.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Account Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to gender, body type, height, weight, email, and date of birth.
3.2. Personal Use: The use of data and resources provided by the Platform for personal or non-Platform-related purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Disputes
The Platform mediates disputes between clients and trainers. Decisions made by the Platform regarding such disputes are final and binding.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Platform guarantees the organization of training sessions. However, the quality and outcomes of the training depend on the trainers.
5.2. The Platform’s liability for any claims is limited to the value of the training package purchased.
6. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
